Located in Gulshan, Shikharaa Jolchobi design is influenced by the dynamics of the irregular geometry of the site. The forms thus juxtaposed are not only different in terms of their orientation but also in the way they are treated at the exterior. While a clean glass facade can be seen placed over the structural skeleton when viewed from the site’s approach way
Design
In line with climatic sensitivity the shading for the different facades are designed innovatively with the help of concrete drops and frames so as to minimize solar heat gain while optimizing day light permeability.
